Hi, dolls!

Today I wanted to share with you my day & night skincare routine. Ever since receiving my  Korean Skincare Bible book and learning more about K-beauty, I became even more obsessed with my skincare products as well as routine. I have to say that after sticking to it for a week, I noticed big changes and I can't believe how my skin improved just by simply having a routine that I follow every day and night. I think it's so important to care for your skin, especially from young age to keep it looking healthy and glowing. If you're interested to learn more about both my morning and night routines and the importance of each product I use, then keep on reading.

☀ Morning Routine ☀

Step 1 - Double Cleansing
Although you may think that you already have clean skin from the previous night's routine, the truth is that after sleep there are impurities, dead cells and sebum that has to be eliminated.

Step 2 - Exfoliant
It's best to use chemical exfoliants only at night.

Step 3 - Toner
It's advised to use a toner in order to restore the skin's pH level after cleansing as well as to avoid the sensation of tightness. Avoid toners which contain alcohol as their ingredients!

Step 4 - Essence
Using an essence will help the other products that you're using penetrate better.

Step 5 - Serum
Serum will provide hydration for your skin.

Step 6 - Eye Cream
An eye cream is a must in order to decongest the eye area. It will help especially if you noticed to have bags under your eyes.

Step 7 - Lotion and Cream
They should both be applied in this order if you have a very dry skin. If you have normal, oily or combination skin, you can use only one of these.

Step 8 - Sun Cream
This is the final step in the morning skincare routine and can be applied as a cream or BB cushion format.

☾ Night Routine ☾

Step 1 - Double Cleansing
This step is required to ensure that you have a clean skin to continue your routine.

Step 2 - Exfoliant
A chemical exfoliant is best used at night, so that the skin will not be immediately exposed to the sun after using it. Exfoliant is not applied everyday, so you can alternate it with other treatments.

Step 3 - Cleansing Mask
You can use a peel-off clay mask to use at night. When choosing a mask, make sure you pick one that works best for your skin type, and include it into your routine once every week.

Step 4 - Toner
It's essential in both morning and night routines, but mostly after using a cleansing mask because it re-balances the skin's pH. Also, make sure to use a toner that does not contain alcohol in its ingredients!

Step 5 - Single-Use Face Mask
It's not a step to be used everyday but every now and then it's okay to include a face mask into your routine as a hydrating treatment.

Step 6 - Essence
Even though some face masks already contain essence, it is still important to apply it to your skin.

Step 7 - Serum
Serums are best applied at night because it's the most powerful treatment for your skin when dealing with specific issue.

Step 8 - Eye Cream
Eye cream should be applied before face cream to protect the delicate eye areas. Never use facial cream as an eye cream because it is too heavy for the eye area.

Step 9 - Cream
Face cream is the best option for the night routine instead of lotion, which you might prefer to use in your morning routine. Creams are denser, but the texture will not bother you while you're asleep. Also, make sure to apply cream to your neck to moisturise it!

Let me know down in the comments what is your morning/night routine and what products are your go-to! Hope you enjoyed this post, I really recommend checking out the book "The Korean Skincare Bible" as it provides the crucial information about skincare that I believe everyone should know. You can buy it via the link below, however it is an affiliate link.

Hi, dolls!

Happy Valentines Everyone! ♡
I am so excited to review for you guys the first-ever collab between Huda Beauty and Kayali. They have recently created two stunning sets just in time for Valentine's Day = the Love Kits. I have decided to only get one of those, as the second included the Kayali perfumes I already have as well as the Ruby Obsessions Palette which I also own. The Love Kit I went for, is the Sweetheart Love Kit. I chose it mainly because I have been literally dying to get the Vanilla perfumes from Kayali and this cutest set comes with 10ml perfumes, the Topaz Obsessions Palette and a stunning liquid matte lipstick called Sweetheart, which is a really sultry, brownish, pinky-nude shade.

The Sweetheart Love Kits retails for $39/£30, which actually makes you save around 50% as the Mini Obsessions palette itself costs £25. The only problem I had with actually getting this set is that it is only exclusive to Sephora Europe, and sadly there isn't one in the UK. However, I am lucky enough to have family in Europe, and I was saved by them as they bought me this kit and sent it over! The kit which I passed on, the Lover Kit, retails for the same price and is available on HudaBeauty.com as well as their retailers, such as CultBeauty etc. It's always the one I want the most that is the hardest to get, lol! Either way, I ended getting it in the end and I couldn't be more excited to finally have the Vanilla perfume in my collection.

Topaz Obsessions Palette
$27/£25

If you have been reading my blog for a while now, you probably already know that Huda Beauty is one of my favourite beauty brands out there. Her mini eyeshadow palettes are actually my favourite because their quality is always so good, but also they are tiny and very travel friendly. The Topaz Obsession palette swatches like a dream and is so pigmented. I am not surprised about this as I already know how high quality Huda's mini palettes are, but this was a nice surprise knowing that the quality is always very good. Recently, I have been very into like brown/nude looks, so this palette is definitely something I will be reaching out for and the shades are just stunning! If you don't already own anything from Huda, or want to try her brand out, I definitely would say check out her mini palettes because they are amazing.

Matte Liquid Lipstick
'Sweetheart'

The Sweetheart Kit also includes a Matte Liquid lipstick in the shade Sweetheart. I believe that this is an exclusive shade, created for this kit, but correct me if I'm wrong. It's a beautiful sultry, brownish, pinky-nude shade and I am honestly speechless how light and comfortable the matte formula feels. As already mentioned, probably million times on my blog, I am not the biggest fan of liquid lipsticks, especially matte formulas as I find them very drying, but I wore this lipstick on to test it out and I barely felt anything on my lips. The colour is also very stunning and sexy. Just in time for Valentines! I wish it was a shade that you can buy on its own, as I believe many of you would love to get it!

Kayali Vanilla Perfume | 28
10 ml

I kept the best for the last! The Kayali Vanilla Perfume | 28 which comes in 10ml in this set, is honestly one of the best perfumes I have ever seen. I already own the Elixir perfume from Kayali which I also love, (you can read a review of it by clicking HERE) but the Vanilla one smells very cute, and if you like Vanilla, you will love it! It has a beautifully balanced oriental notes of Musk, Amber, Patchouli and Brown Sugar which form the distinguished wood base of this sublime scent. Also, can we appreciate how cute is the bag shaped like a heart?!

Final Thoughts
I am so happy that I finally got my hands on the Vanilla perfume even though it's just a 10ml bottle, but what makes it even more fun is the fact that it came in this beautiful set. I honestly love the idea between the two Valentines sets that Huda Beauty x Kayali have collaborated on, and I wish they create more sets like this in the future, involving all 5 scents from Kayali and not just the two! It would be so fun if they came out with sets for each scent, picking out a mini obsession palette that would go with the theme/scent of the perfume. It would actually be so cute! Elixir definitely fits the sexy, Ruby obsessions. I see the Coral obsession palette go well with the Citrus scent.

Let me know what you think of these Love Kits down in the comments. Have you got any of them? If not, which ones would you get? I can't wait to see what Huda comes out with next, and I hope for more Huda x Kayali collabs!

Hi, dolls!

If you have been following me for a while, you probably know that back in July I was lucky enough to be noticed by Coloured Raine and they were actually kind enough to send me some of their goodies. You can read my review of their products HERE. It turns out that I was actually put on their PR list and just in time for Xmas, I received the cutest little gift set which includes two beauty blenders and two sponge cleaning soaps. It looked so cute sitting under my Xmas tree, I love the packaging!

Candy Cane Raine Flawless Perfecting Sponge Set
£11.50/$15

This beautiful set comes with two beauty sponges and two soaps, made especially to make  it easier when cleaning your beauty blenders. I love how soft these are, I have been using these non-stop ever since they arrived. They remind me of the original beauty blenders, but honestly I prefer these ones. They feel so soft, yet the product applies without any problems whether using it wet or dry. I would definitely recommend everyone to check out Coloured Raine's beauty sponges, because although this was a Xmas set, they still do these in other colours/sets.

Final Thoughts
These beauty blenders are so good that I honestly recommend everyone to try them out. When buying them separately, they are definitely not as expensive as other beauty blenders out there, but these ones perform much nicer than the ones I have been using before. I hate when I buy beauty blenders and they are hard, so I am very happy with how soft these are to touch and use! Definitely something I would recommend for everyone to try out, you won't regret it!

Let me know what you think down in the comments, what's your favourite Coloured Raine product?
I also wanted to say a quick thank you for being so patient with me while I took my break from all social media. I hope you enjoyed this post and stay tuned for more I have planned. I'm back dolls, so definitely look out for more blog posts from now on! xoxo
