Hi, dolls!
I was super excited when Soph announced her third collab with Makeup Revolution and I immediately picked it up. If you're interested to find out all about it, let's get right into the review!

Makeup Revolution x Soph Mini Spice Eyeshadow Palette
£8/$10

Mini Spice is a warm toned palette bursting with beautiful matte and foil shades. From a cherry drop red to a peachy orange you'll be looking and feeling sweeter than candy in no time! The palette is both vegan and cruelty-free.

Lately, I've been loving mini eyeshadow palettes, so I decided to pick up the Mini Spice instead of the big palette from Soph's newest collection. The foil shades are my favourite, they are very pigmented and the shades are so beautiful. The matte shades are also good but definitely not my favourite. However, they are still very pigmented and there is no fall-out with them. They don't swatch the best but they do perform much better on the eyes. It's a great everyday palette to have in your collection and for its price I think it's definitely worth checking out.

Makeup Revolution x Soph Lip Set in Candy Icing
£8/$10

The Candy Icing lip set includes a light peachy toned lip liner with a matching lightly tinted lip balm.
The lip sets are also vegan and cruelty-free.

I didn't expect to love this set as much as I do but the lip balm is so nice! It's tinted, so it doesn't have too much pigment which I actually like because you can wear it on its own or on top of a lipstick or lipliner. The lip balm leaves my lips very hydrated throughout the day and it's something I've been wearing ever since I got it.

Makeup Revolution x Soph Face Palette Duo in Sugar Frosting
£8/$10

Soph's newest highlights for your face and body are available in 3 finishes - Sugar Frosting, Cookies and Cream and Honey Glaze. I've picked up the lightest - Sugar Frosting which is an icy white & light champagne toned highlighters suitable for fair to light skin tones. The palette duos are also vegan and cruelty-free.

I am obsessed with this highlighter formula. It's so pigmented and performs much better than some of my really expensive highlighters. It's also really small but the actual pans are bigger than your usual highlighters which is great to keep in your bag or when travelling. I remember Soph's first highlighter palette being such a great success and I'm happy these highlighter duos are just as good, if not better!

Final Thoughts
Soph is one of my favourite youtubers to watch, so it comes to no surprise I wanted to try out her third collection with Revolution. I am really happy with all of the products, as always they are very affordable and good quality. My favourite out of the 3 would be either the lip balm or the highlighter duo as I seem to be reaching for those every single day. Plus, the food related names make it even more cuter!

Let me know down below in the comments what are your favourite product from Soph's latest collab with Makeup Revolution? Which out of the three would you like to try? xo

Hi, dolls!
In today's post, I will be reviewing Wishful's Clean Genie Cleansing Butter. If you're interested to find out all about the makeup remover, let's get right into it!

This post may contain gifted products and affiliate links meaning that if you click on the link and purchase the item, I will receive an affiliate commission at no extra cost to you. However, my reviews/opinions on products are always 100% honest and I'll only recommend items that I love!

Wishful Clean Genie Cleansing Butter 100g/3.33oz
£31/$35

Clean Genie is described as a cleansing butter infused with green tea and cherry blossom extract to melt away makeup and impurities while keeping skin soft and supple, instead of greasy and dry. It's non-comedogenic, non-acnegenic and cruelty-free. It's suitable for all skin types.

Clean Genie is actually the only Wishful product I haven't tried before, so I was super excited when Huda's team kindly gifted me this cleansing butter. I have to admit, this cleanser is really nice! It truly takes off everything with only a small amount of the product, without irritating my sensitive skin. After using a warm cloth, my face is not only clean but also feels soft and fresh.

Key Ingredients

Green Tea Extract - Maintains moisture and soothes skin while visibly clarifying and pulling out impurities for a radiant-looking complexion

Cherry Blossom Extract - Conditions skin, leaving it feeling soft and supple.

Malachite Stone - Known to have antioxidant properties, it keeps skin free from environmental aggressors which contribute to clogged pores and a dull complexion.

How To Use
1. Scoop a dime-size amount and use fingertips to apply to a dry face.
2. Massage gently to dissolve makeup, dirt and excess oil.
3. Rinse with warm water or wet cloth.

Final Thoughts
Wishful's products truly never disappoint! I'm thankful to Huda and her team for gifting me this cleaning butter - I love it. Clean Genie does exactly what it says, plus it has amazing ingredients that make your skin feel refreshed after each use. I am also obsessed how simple yet pretty the packaging of this product is - it's a beautiful addition to my Wishful collection. I do realise this cleanser is on the pricey side but I honestly think it's worth it. I have never used a cleanser that took everything off with only a small amount of the product and left my skin feeling soft and fresh at the same time. I am excited to have this makeup remover in my skincare routine and I recommend you all to check it out!

Hi, dolls!
I wrote my first Huda Beauty review back in 2018 and 3 years later, I received my first PR package from my favourite beauty brand. I still can't believe it! I'm so thankful to the entire Huda Beauty team for reaching out and gifting me some of Wishful's and Huda Beauty's best-sellers. Today, I'll be talking about the newest Power Bullet Cream Glow Lipsticks and Lip Contours 2.0. If you're interested to find out more, let's get right into the review!

This post may contain gifted products and affiliate links meaning that if you click on the link and purchase the item, I will receive an affiliate commission at no extra cost to you. However, my reviews/opinions on products are always 100% honest and I'll only recommend items that I love!

Huda Beauty Power Bullet Cream Glow Lipsticks
Each £22/$25

Huda's newest Cream Glow Lipsticks are intensely pigmented, long-lasting with rich formula and come in a versatile range of nudes and pinks that are set to suit every skin tone. With a medium buildable coverage, expect your lips to look juicy and enhanced via lip-loving ingredients such as Hydraberry, Sea Fennel and Maxi-lip and a barely-there, comfortable feel.

Hustla - medium brown with hint of pink
Habibi - rich pink with hint of purple
Amore - rich pinky brown with hint of purple

Before receiving the PR package, I have previously bought the Cream Glow Lipstick in the shade Hustla. I find the lipsticks formula to be super creamy and comfortable to wear. It has buttery texture and feels very hydrating on the lips. I've always been a big fan of creamy lipsticks formulas but this one is just amazing. Huda's team has kindly gifted me with the shades Habibi and Amore, and although at first Hustla was my favourite, now I seem to be loving Habibi more. I am also thinking about grabbing the shade Angel, however it always seems to be sold out everywhere.

Huda Beauty Lip Contour 2.0
£17/$19

Huda has upgraded her previous Lip Contours - the reinvented velvety matte lip pencil is buttery soft, so light on the lips and super easy to use. It comes in 12 universal shades and is long-lasting. You can twist up the pencil and it also comes with a mini sharpener.

Huda's team has kindly sent me two Lip Contours 2.0 in the shade Pinky Brown and Deep Rose. I find them to truly be super pigmented and long-lasting, they do not move at all, not even after eating. It's very easy to apply with a beautiful range of colours to pick from. I'm happy with both shades because they are absolutely gorgeous and I see myself reaching for both all the time. What I love the most about these lip liners is the fact you can wear it on its own, with a lipstick or even a clear gloss on top.

Final Thoughts
The Power Bullet Cream Glow Lipsticks are one of my favourite lipsticks of all time. I dislike any matte lipstick formulas, so this creamy alternative is a dream for me. I am also obsessed with the shade range available from all the pinks to beautiful nude colours. Hustla was the first shade I've tried but since, I've been loving Habibi more and more everyday. The Lip Contours 2.0 are also great because they last a very long time and there is no need to keep reapplying them. They can be worn alone or with a lipstick on top and there are endless lip combos you can create with them. I'm so glad more beauty brands are coming out with creamy lipsticks formulas because I find matte lipsticks to be so uncomfortable to wear on the lips.

Once again, I wanted to thank the entire Huda Beauty team for an incredible PR package and I am so excited to continue using all of the products. There is a full unboxing video over on my instagram (@oliviaaandbeauty) and keep an eye for more Huda Beauty/Wishful reviews! xo

Hi, dolls!
Today I want to talk to you about the Desnudo eyeshadow palette xZx Cosmetics has kindly gifted me with. If you're interested to find out more, let's get right into the review!

This post may contain gifted products and affiliate links meaning that if you click on the link and purchase the item, I will receive an affiliate commission at no extra cost to you. However, my reviews/opinions on products are always 100% honest and I'll only recommend items that I love!

xZx Cosmetics is a small cosmetics business that offers vegan and cruelty-free makeup products. I was super excited to try out their palette because I've been seeing it on instagram and it looks very stunning.

Desnudo Eyeshadow Palette
£21/$30

Desnudo is a nude eyeshadow palette which includes 12 matte shades, 2 metallics and 1 diamond metallic shade. The packaging is matte black and looks very classy. I think this is the perfect nude palette anyone can ask for - it has all the colours needed to create multiple looks for different occasions.

The shadows perform really well on the eye and are super pigmented as seen on the swatches above. The mattes are very creamy and there is no fall out when applying these on your eyelids. I wish there were more of the metallic shades because they are super gorgeous. I also think $30 is a fair price as this palette is good quality and has better formula to some of drug-store palettes I've tried in the past.

Final Thoughts
If you're looking for a good, nude eyeshadow palette and want to support a small business at the same time, then definitely reach out for the Desnudo palette. I'm happy I was able to try it - thank you team xZx Cosmetics for being so kind and sending it to me. For those of you that are interested in purchasing, use the code POPPIN for $$$ off your purchase. This isn't an affiliate code, the brand was just kind enough to share a discount code with me.

What are your thoughts about the Desnudo palette and what's your favourite eyeshadow palette of all time? Let me know down below and stay tuned for my next review coming Wednesday! xo

Hi, dolls!
After a much needed break from blogging, I am back! I'm hoping to be posting regularly twice a week - every Wednesday and Sunday. In today's post, I wanted to talk to you about the latest Revolution x Friends part 3 collection. If you're interested to find out more, let's get right into it!

This post may contain affiliate links meaning that if you click on the link and purchase the item, I will receive an affiliate commission at no extra cost to you. However, my reviews/opinions on products are always 100% honest and I'll only recommend items that I love!

So far, there has been 3 parts to the Revolution x Friends collection. As a huge Friends fan, this was a collaboration I couldn't pass on. I ended up getting all of the mini eyeshadow palettes - one after each of the Friends characters. In today's post, we will be focusing on the newest 3 mini palettes - Chandler, Joey and Ross. PS. I've previously reviewed the Monica, Phoebe and Rachel palettes - check it out HERE.

Chandler Eyeshadow Palette
£8/$12

Chandler's palette is packed with personality, featuring 9 matte and shimmer pastel shades. Encased in an easy, transportable square compact with Chandler's iconic apartment door, this palette is perfect gift for yourself or a fellow Friends fan.

Chandler's palette is the least pigmented out of the three, however it's a pastel palette after all. For the best results, I'd recommend layering a white, liquid base before applying any of the shadows for the best pay off. The palette itself is very pretty, there isn't much fall-out which I also appreciate. I love all of the Chandler references, however I wish at least one shade was named after Janice. This has to be my least favourite out of the three simply because I don't usually go for pastel looks, but I love this addition to my eyeshadow collection.

Joey Eyeshadow Palette
£8/$12

Joey's palette is packed with personality, featuring 9 matte and shimmer warm bright shades. Encased in an easy, transportable square compact with the iconic armchair from Joey and Chandler's apartment, this palette is the perfect gift to yourself or a fellow Friends fan.

Joey's palette was the one I wanted the most out of the collection. To me, it's the perfect palette for summer. It's very pigmented and the shimmers are beautiful. You can apply the shimmers with your fingers rather than an eyeshadow brush for better pay off on the eyes. Once again, I love all of the Joey references in the names. I can't wait to create more fun looks with this palette throughout this summer!

Ross Eyeshadow Palette
£8/$12

Ross' palette features 9 matte and shimmer golden neutral shades. Encased in an easy, transportable square compact with Ross' iconic sofa, this palette is the perfect gift to yourself or a fellow Friends fan.

When I first saw Ross' palette online, I thought it was boring if I'm being honest because it looks like almost every palette I have in my collection. However, I am happy I got it because it's very pigmented, and although it has golden neutral shades, there is still something to it that makes it unique. I'm not the biggest fan of the shimmers in this palette because they don't apply as easily with a brush and even with a finger, it takes some time to build the pigment. I do however, find myself reach for this palette more than I thought because it helps me to create a simple neutral look for when I go to work or when I'm in a rush to get ready.

Final Thoughts
I am so happy the third part of Revolution x Friends collab included mini palettes for each of the guy characters because it completed my entire collection. I think all 6 palettes are super cute and for their price, it's a great option to collect if you're a Friends fan like myself. Out of the 3 new palettes, Joey's is my favourite, however I do seem to be using Ross' the most. I also like the fact all 6 palettes (including Monica's, Rachel's and Phoebe's) have different colour stories, so you can have all and none of the shades are repeated.

Let me know down below what are your thoughts on the newest 3 mini eyeshadow palettes from the Revolution x Friends collection? Who is your favourite Friend character? Leave a comment below and stay tuned for my next review xo
