Hi, dolls!
Last month for my birthday, I received a Dior palette as part of my birthday present and after using it for a while now, I decided to review it for you guys. If you're interested to find out more about my little Dior makeup collection, let's get right into the review!

Dior Backstage Eye Palette 002 Cool Neutrals
£39/$55

Dior Backstage Eye Palette is described as Dior makeup artists' secret weapon to create an array of pro eye looks, from most natural to the most defined. The eyeshadow palette is inspired by the energy backstage at the runway shows and it includes shades that suit all skin tones in buildable matte and iridescent textures for perfect eyes.

Personally, I love to collect eyeshadow palettes and I was super shocked when my parents chose this eyeshadow palette for me. I really didn't expect them to reach for Dior but I am very happy they did. 002 Cool Neutrals palette is beautiful! It's a 9 pan palette featuring all shades needed to create a gorgeous glam or an everyday, simple look. I found the shadows to be very blendable and pigmented, I also like the fact it comes with an eye primer that reinforces the eyeshadow's hold and boosts their colour.  I think this is a great palette to have in your makeup collection whether you are a beginner or a makeup pro. It's very simple but yet essential and the warm neutrals can be used for either a lighter daily look or a deeper evening makeup.

Diorshow Lash Extension Effect Volume Mascara
£29/$40

Diorshow, the professional Dior Backstage mascara was renewed in 2015. Its new formula is said to be enriched with microfibres which optically reproduce the effect of lash extensions used by runaway makeup artists.

Although I am currently obsessed with the Legit Lashes mascara by Huda Beauty, I did enjoy the Dior one as well. It adds both length and volume to your lashes and not every mascara will do that for you. It's pure black which makes the eyes look even more beautiful and I really like the false-lashes effect it has on your eyes. It has a little scent added to it, however I didn't notice any irritation this would leave on my eyes. Overall, I think it's a great mascara and one I would most likely use on a day out.

Final Thoughts
I really enjoyed testing out Dior's makeup products. Out of the two, I definitely prefer the eyeshadow palette, however the mascara is also nice, I just find it a little bit overpriced. As already mentioned, the eyeshadow palette is very pigmented and although it's a 9-pan palette, it gives you options to create either an everyday or an evening look. In addition, I appreciate the eyeshadow primer which make the shadows longer lasting. I think this is a palette everyone would enjoy having as you can't go wrong with these beautiful shades.

Have you ever tried any of Dior's makeup? If so, what was it? Let me know down below in the comments and stay tuned for my next review! xo

Hi, dolls!
I decided to rate all five Ariana Grande fragrances I have tried so far. I've done a fragrance rating before of my Kayali collection and it's something many of you recommended after I reviewed Ariana's three latest fragrances. If you're interested to know my rating of her scents, let's get right into the ranking!

5th Place - Sweet Like Candy
50ml £30/$42

Out of the five Ariana fragrances I've tried this has to be my least favourite. I find Sweet Like Candy to be extremely sweet in a sickening way. It gives me a headache and I can't really stand it. Also, it's not as long lasting as her other fragrances. This is a fragrance I would give to my teenage cousin and that's okay because I think that was their main target audience.
4th Place - Moonlight

Moonlight is such a lovely fragrance! It smells heavenly and is very mature. I love the opening note of the plum and I think it's more classy than the Ari fragrance which I find to be more sweet. The only reason I put Moonlight in 4th place is because its lasting power is really poor and to smell it after couple of hours, you really need to keep reapplying it. It's a shame because it's a really beautiful scent, I just wish it lasted longer seeing as it's meant to be Eau de Parfum.

3rd Place - Thank You, Next
50ml £33/$54

Thank You, Next was my first Ariana Grande fragrance and although I didn't really like the top notes of it at first, I do seem to enjoy it more now. It's a great celebrity fragrance seeing as it lasts forever and if you spray it on your clothes, expect it to stay on until you wash them. It's not my favourite out of all Ariana's fragrance but I do like it!

2nd Place - R.E.M
50ml £35/$54

It took me forever to figure out which Ariana fragrance will be in the second place because I truly love R.E.M and Cloud equally. I decided to go with R.E.M because it's more masculine and I see myself reaching for Cloud more often. However, R.E.M is still a very nice and cosy fragrance to wear during the day or even before going to bed and I think this is the most unique scent out of all Ariana's fragrances.

1st Place - Cloud
50ml £33/$54

If I could keep only one Ariana fragrance it would be Cloud. The opening gives me a burst of very sweet gourmand and fruity notes. As it settles throughout the day, it gets sweeter but at the same time sexier and you start to smell the Creme de Coconut and its bottom notes of musk and creamy woods. I love Cloud and you really don't need to spray a lot of it - it stays on for a good 4 to 6 hours.

Hi, dolls!
In today's post, I wanted to review more of the face masks from the Revolution x Jake Jamie collab. Before Christmas, they have released a bundle of three face masks with a brush but when I went to buy it it was already sold out. I decided to buy the two face masks on its own seeing as the third one comes only in the bundle and if you're interested to find out more, let's get right into the review!

Makeup Revolution x Jake Jamie Avocado Face Mask
£8/$10

The Avocado face mask is designed to nourish, smooth and gently exfoliate your skin. It's formulated with Avocado Oil to moisturise, Glycerin to prevent moisture loss, Shea Butter to nourish and natural scrub granules to gently exfoliate. It's also Vegan and Cruelty-free. The packaging for this face mask is made from 32% recycled materials and is fully recyclable.

This may be my favourite face mask from the entire Revolution x Jake Jamie collab. As its described, it gently exfoliates the skin and keeps it super smooth and nourished. I've been using this face mask like crazy (1-2 times a week) ever since I got it, definitely more than the other ones. I love how clean and soft it makes my face feel after I rinse it off and I'll be repurchasing this once it finishes.

Makeup Revolution x Jake Jamie Watermelon Hydrating Face Mask
£8/$10

The Watermelon Hydrating face mask is formulated with watermelon extract and this hydration boosting mask will leave you moisturised and smelling of fresh watermelon. This face mask is also vegan and cruelty-free, having its package also be made out from 32% recycled materials, fully recyclable.

Firstly, this face mask is super yummy. I love the smell of a watermelon, so when I first opened it I liked the scent immediately. If you're from Eastern Europe, this face mask's consistency reminds me of a drink called Kisiel/Kissel. The drink is very viscous and although the face masks looks like a jelly, I find it to remind me more of the sweet drink I mentioned. Yes, the face mask leaves your face feeling hydrating but I wouldn't say the effect is as long lasting as with the Avocado mask. However, if you're looking for a boost of hydration for your skin, try out the Watermelon face mask!

Final Thoughts
It's safe to say I enjoy all of the face masks from Revolution and I will either be buying them again or trying different ones out. Out of the two mentioned today, I find myself to prefer the Avocado mask as I see a bigger difference to my skin after using it than the Watermelon one. However, I like the fact there is a large range of face masks for different skin concerns and you'll definitely be able to find one for yourself. Seeing as it's only £8/$10 I do recommend everyone to try it out at least once and it's a great idea to gift to your family and friends.

Let me know what you think about Revolution's face masks, have you tried any of them before? So far, I don't regret buying none of them and I'll be looking out to test more of them soon.
Hi, dolls!
Today I will be reviewing the new Ariana Grande R.E.M fragrance. It was on my wishlist ever since Ariana released it and I actually received it as a present on my birthday from my boyfriend. If you're interested to find out more about R.E.M, let's get right into the review!

Ariana Grande R.E.M Fragrance
30ml - £27/$44
50ml - £35/$54
100ml - £45/$64

Ariana's newest fragrance called R.E.M was released in August 2020. It's described as an intergalactic dream of femininity and power, drawing you in with a cosmic blend of juicy Fig and warm Salted Caramel. R.E.M is inspired by Ariana's love of outer space and the universe, making you feel like you can conquer the galaxy. It was inspired by her Break Free music video and named after her REM song released in 2019.

Top Notes: Zefir, Caramel, Salt, Fig, Quince
Middle Notes: Lavender, Pear Blossom
Bottom Notes: Tonka Bean, Musk, Sandalwood

I find R.E.M to be Ariana's most mature and classiest fragrance yet. It's a masculine scent, sweet-ish but also clean and sexy. I know celebrity fragrances don't have the best reputation but I truly think Ariana and her team come out with very unique scents that are definitely worth their price. The opening gives me a burst of lavender, salt and fig. I think the fruity notes are very subtle and together with caramel and zefir add a little sweetness to this scent. However, in my opinion R.E.M is more masculine and is nowhere close to the sweetness of Cloud or her other fragrances. Whenever I smell R.E.M, it truly reminds me of my boyfriend and how you'd imagine to smell like after stealing your man’s hoodie. It's a very nice and cosy fragrance to wear during the day or even before going to bed.

R.E.M's bottle takes its design after Cloud and Thank You, Next. It's a purple but see-through bottle, reminding me of Chanel Chance fragrance which in my opinion looks super elegant and classy. It's topped with a crystal cap, which goes with the galactic theme of the fragrance. It comes with a perfume holder in the shape of a crystal and unlike the Cloud holder, I actually like it. It's plastic but it looks cute and you can gladly show it off on your vanity.

Similarly to all other Ariana fragrances, R.E.M is also an Eau de Parfum. Eau de Parfum has the highest concentration of fragrance - generally having a fragrance concentration of between 15% and 20%. On average, eau de Parfum should last from four to five hours, if not more. This differs from Eau de Toilette which has a fragrance concentration of between 5% and 15%. Eau de Toilette is definitely one of the most popular types of fragrance and it's definitely cheaper than eau de Parfum but it will normally only last for two to three hours. I find all Ariana's fragrances to be more lasting than other celebrity fragrances and I would say R.E.M lasts a good 4 to 5 hours.

Final Thoughts
I really like R.E.M! It's a very unique scent and a nice addition to my fragrance collection. I see it as a masculine scent made for females and I definitely see myself wearing it. It's not as girly as her other scents (Ari or Sweet like Candy) and I really like that her latest three fragrances are more mature. I hope R.E.M stays in Ariana's collection because I did see somewhere it being labelled as limited collection.

Let me know what you think about Ariana's fragrances and which one do you like the most? Should I rank them all? Leave a comment below to let me know! xo

Hi, dolls!
I've been asked multiple times to review the new Huda Beauty foundation, so I finally picked it up and tested for you guys. I decided to go for the shade Angel Food and luckily it was the perfect match for my skin tone. If you're interested to learn more about the foundation, let's get right into the review!

Huda Beauty #FauxFilter Luminous Matte Foundation
£34/$40

Huda's #FauxFilter foundation is back with the same full coverage and long-lasting properties but with a 24-hour flexible wear, a luminous matte finish and it's fragrance free. The foundation comes in 39 shades and different undertones. It's vegan, non-comedogenic, waterproof and mask/transfer proof.

I never buy foundations blindly online because it's hard for me to pick the right shade without swatching it in store. However, with the current situation and all shops closed I had to make a good guess and decided to grab Angel Food. Thankfully, it turned out to be a great match for my skin tone!

I've worn this foundation for the past three days since it arrived and I love it. #FauxFilter Luminous foundation gave me a nice, full coverage and didn't make my face look cakey at all. Although I prefer to apply my foundation with a beauty blender, this also applies just as well with a brush. A little goes a long way, you only need a small amount to cover the whole face. Once applied, the finish is absolutely gorgeous - my face looks flawless. It truly has this instagram effect on your skin and doesn't oxidise like the previous formula. After wearing it for 8 hours, the foundation still looks as fresh as when it's first applied and I think I just found my new favourite!

Final Thoughts
This foundation shows brands do actually listen to their consumers. I'm very happy Huda decided to change the previous foundation formula because I know many loved it but it broke them out due to the added fragrance etc. I've never tried the original Huda foundation simply because my skin is very sensitive and I was worried about it irritating and breaking my skin out. I can honestly say this hasn't been the case with the new #FauxFilter Luminous Matte foundation. I love how my skin looks once the foundation has been applied and also the fact it stays fresh throughout the whole day. It doesn't make my face look cakey and most importantly, doesn't move during the day. It's my new favourite and if you like full coverage foundations, you will love it too!

Let me know down in the comments if you're going to be picking up Huda's new foundation. Have you tried the previous formula, if so did you like it? Leave a comment and stay tuned for my next review xo
