Makeup Revolution x Friends Collection Review - Ross, Chandler and Joey Palette Review

Hi, dolls!
After a much needed break from blogging, I am back! I'm hoping to be posting regularly twice a week - every Wednesday and Sunday. In today's post, I wanted to talk to you about the latest Revolution x Friends part 3 collection. If you're interested to find out more, let's get right into it!

So far, there has been 3 parts to the Revolution x Friends collection. As a huge Friends fan, this was a collaboration I couldn't pass on. I ended up getting all of the mini eyeshadow palettes - one after each of the Friends characters. In today's post, we will be focusing on the newest 3 mini palettes - Chandler, Joey and Ross. PS. I've previously reviewed the Monica, Phoebe and Rachel palettes - check it out HERE

Chandler's palette is packed with personality, featuring 9 matte and shimmer pastel shades. Encased in an easy, transportable square compact with Chandler's iconic apartment door, this palette is perfect gift for yourself or a fellow Friends fan.

Chandler's palette is the least pigmented out of the three, however it's a pastel palette after all. For the best results, I'd recommend layering a white, liquid base before applying any of the shadows for the best pay off. The palette itself is very pretty, there isn't much fall-out which I also appreciate. I love all of the Chandler references, however I wish at least one shade was named after Janice. This has to be my least favourite out of the three simply because I don't usually go for pastel looks, but I love this addition to my eyeshadow collection.

Joey's palette is packed with personality, featuring 9 matte and shimmer warm bright shades. Encased in an easy, transportable square compact with the iconic armchair from Joey and Chandler's apartment, this palette is the perfect gift to yourself or a fellow Friends fan.

Joey's palette was the one I wanted the most out of the collection. To me, it's the perfect palette for summer. It's very pigmented and the shimmers are beautiful. You can apply the shimmers with your fingers rather than an eyeshadow brush for better pay off on the eyes. Once again, I love all of the Joey references in the names. I can't wait to create more fun looks with this palette throughout this summer!

Ross' palette features 9 matte and shimmer golden neutral shades. Encased in an easy, transportable square compact with Ross' iconic sofa, this palette is the perfect gift to yourself or a fellow Friends fan.

When I first saw Ross' palette online, I thought it was boring if I'm being honest because it looks like almost every palette I have in my collection. However, I am happy I got it because it's very pigmented, and although it has golden neutral shades, there is still something to it that makes it unique. I'm not the biggest fan of the shimmers in this palette because they don't apply as easily with a brush and even with a finger, it takes some time to build the pigment. I do however, find myself reach for this palette more than I thought because it helps me to create a simple neutral look for when I go to work or when I'm in a rush to get ready.

Final Thoughts
I am so happy the third part of Revolution x Friends collab included mini palettes for each of the guy characters because it completed my entire collection. I think all 6 palettes are super cute and for their price, it's a great option to collect if you're a Friends fan like myself. Out of the 3 new palettes, Joey's is my favourite, however I do seem to be using Ross' the most. I also like the fact all 6 palettes (including Monica's, Rachel's and Phoebe's) have different colour stories, so you can have all and none of the shades are repeated.

Let me know down below what are your thoughts on the newest 3 mini eyeshadow palettes from the Revolution x Friends collection? Who is your favourite Friend character? Leave a comment below and stay tuned for my next review xo
