Kayali Lovefest Burning Cherry | 48 Fragrance Review

Hi, dolls!

I'm super excited to introduce you to the newest Kayali addition - Lovefest Burning Cherry | 48. If you're interested to find out all about this new fragrance then let's get right into the review!

This post may contain gifted products/affiliate links. However, my reviews/opinions on products are always 100% honest and I'll only recommend items that I love!

Lovefest is a gorgeous unisex Amber Woody Gourmand fragrance launched in the beginning of August 2022. Celebrating love, hope and freedom was Mona's main inspiration behind this juice and she wanted to ensure it exudes the joyous energy you could feel while attending a festival such as Burning Man and Coachella.

Top Notes: Burning Cherry, Raspberry, Bergamot
Middle Notes: Praline, Heliotrope, Damask Rose, Jasmine Sambac
Base Notes: Palo Santo, Tonka Bean, Guaiac Wood, Ambrettolide, Peru Balsam, Vetiver, Patchouli

This scent is truly so delicious and sexy! The woody base notes add a nice balance to the refreshing fruity opening and sweet praline. It reminds me of Invite Only | 23 - one of my absolute favourites from the Kayali range. These two together are definitely a go-to layering combo for the most seductive and intoxicating scent. You can also layer Lovefest with Vanilla | 28 for extra touch of sweetness.

To me, the cherry is the most prominent note in this fragrance and I find it doesn't disappear once it dries down. There are many comparisons of Lovefest to Lost Cherry by Tom Ford and I can honestly say Kayali's juice is not only cheaper but also more long-lasting. Lovefest is an Eau de Parfum, just like most of Kayali's scents. Eau de Parfum has the highest concentration of fragrance - generally having a fragrance concentration of between 15% and 20%. On average, eau de Parfum should last from four to five hours, if not more. This differs from Eau de Toilette which has a fragrance concentration of between 5% and 15%. Eau de Toilette is definitely one of the most popular types of fragrance and it is definitely cheaper than eau de Parfum (in case some of you were wondering why Kayali's price is high) but it will normally only last for two to three hours.

As always, I also have to talk about the bottle of Kayali's fragrances - it looks so elegant and classy. Lovefest's bottle is burgundy/deep red and super gorgeous, for the first time ever also available to purchase in a 10ml Travel Spray version.

Final Thoughts
Lovefest has to be in my top 3 Kayali scents! It's very addictive and I love how luscious it is. It lasts between 6 to 8 hours, the sillage is really nice and the projection would probably be 2 meters. Overall, this is a great addition to the Kayali range, one that's going to help you create beautiful memories when wearing and layering.
